Using AI Edit Photos

These terms apply to AI Edit Photos and its photo editing service planned for aieditphotos.com. By creating an account or starting an edit, you accept them. If you disagree, do not use the service.

Your account and images

Keep your sign-in details secure. Upload only images you have the right to edit and obtain consent from identifiable people where required. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful material. You retain your rights in your input image. You allow us and the providers needed to operate the service to store and process the image and instruction and deliver a result to your account. You are responsible for checking whether sharing or commercial use of a result respects third-party rights and applicable law.

AI-generated content and prohibited uses

These rules apply to uploaded images, editing instructions, generated results, and how you share or use those results. Do not use the service to create, edit, or distribute:

1. Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, explicit nudity, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
2. Violent or graphic content: gore, graphic injury, or content that promotes violence or credible threats.
3. Hateful content: material that attacks, dehumanizes, or incites hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics.
4. Child-unsafe content: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, or any content that exploits or endangers children, including AI-generated depictions.
5. Deceptive impersonation or deepfakes: edits that impersonate a real person without appropriate consent or falsely present a synthetic scene as genuine to deceive, defraud, or harm someone.
6. Intellectual-property infringement: content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or other rights, including unauthorized use of protected characters, logos, or works.

Reporting and review

Report suspected violations to yancfeng2009@gmail.com with the relevant page or task ID, your account email if applicable, and a brief explanation. You may also use this address for billing or support. Do not email CSAM, sensitive images, passwords, or full payment-card details. If a child is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local authorities.

We review reports and relevant task records, prompts, uploads, or outputs where available, and may ask for more information. AI providers may also reject requests under their own safety rules. We may block or remove content, stop a task, restrict features, suspend or terminate an account, and preserve or report material when required by law. Severity and repeated violations inform the response. Review can occur after submission, so no screening method guarantees that every prohibited result is prevented. If you believe an action was mistaken, contact the same address with the task ID and an explanation.

Credits and edits

The editor displays the selected model’s credit cost before submission. Model costs may differ. Credits may be charged or reserved at task creation or on successful completion depending on the provider. A failed task may return reserved credits or avoid a charge; check your task and credit history for the final outcome. AI results can differ from the requested change, and processing time and output quality vary. We do not guarantee preservation of a person’s identity, product text, or other details.

Credits are account-bound, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred. Credit grants and expiry dates are shown with the offer and in your account. We may reverse credits linked to chargebacks, fraud, or erroneous grants.

Payments and subscriptions

The price, billing interval, and any taxes are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can cancel future renewals in your account; the current paid period continues until it ends. One-time credit packs do not renew. Credits are granted after the payment provider confirms the order. Refund requests are reviewed under applicable law and the circumstances of the order; statutory rights are not limited.

Availability, acceptable use, and liability

Do not interfere with the service, evade limits, access accounts without permission, or use results to impersonate or harm others. We may restrict abusive accounts. The service relies on AI, storage, and payment providers and may be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular creative outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

What the editor provides

The site is designed to accept a source photo and a written editing instruction. Availability depends on a configured model and supporting services. A displayed workflow, sample prompt, or illustrative before-and-after image is not a promise that a particular edit can currently run. Before submitting a paid task, check the selected model, visible credit cost, and the status of checkout. If a purchase or generation control is disabled, the corresponding service is not available from that screen.

You are responsible for choosing a suitable source and reviewing any output before publication. AI processing may add, remove, or distort details beyond those requested. This matters especially for faces, product labels, trademarks, factual scenes, and images used in professional or commercial settings. Keep the original image and do not present a generated result as an unaltered record when that would mislead others. A prompt can guide a model but cannot establish that a final image is accurate or lawful for every use.

Account records and support

A task history and credit ledger may show the status of an edit, a charge, or a return of reserved credits. These records can help resolve a failed task or missing balance. If you think an order or task was recorded incorrectly, contact us with the relevant account and transaction details. Do not send a password or full payment-card number. We may need time to compare provider confirmations with account records before resolving a dispute.

A subscription cancellation stops future renewal according to the billing terms displayed with the offer; it does not automatically erase stored photos or account history. One-time packs and recurring plans may have different credit expiry rules. Review the offer before checkout and keep a copy of the order confirmation. If a payment option is not configured, pricing cards are informational and cannot create an order.

Changes to the service

We may update models, editing options, prices, and available providers. Changes to an offer should be reflected before a new purchase. A model update can change output style or processing time, so earlier examples should not be treated as a guarantee of future results. Features may also be paused for maintenance, provider outages, or abuse prevention. We will use reasonable efforts to display the current state, but you should confirm that a tool is available before relying on it for time-sensitive work.

These terms are general service rules and do not replace rights that apply under the law governing your purchase or location. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest should be read in a way that remains workable to the extent permitted.
