About this policy

AI Edit Photos is a photo editing service planned for aieditphotos.com. This policy describes the information processed when you use the site. The available features and providers depend on the current service configuration.

Information we process

  • Account information: Your name, email address, sign-in records, and account settings.
  • Photos and editing tasks: The image you choose, your text instruction, task status, and resulting image. Choosing a file creates a preview in your browser. Your image is uploaded when you start an edit.
  • Credits and payments: Credit balances and transactions, orders, and subscription records. Payment providers process your payment credentials; we keep the information needed to record and support the purchase.
  • Technical information: Request, device, cookie, analytics, and error data needed to run and protect the service. Analytics runs only when configured.

How the service uses your photo

The upload endpoint stores the photo with the configured object storage. On Cloudflare, uploaded source photos are kept in a private R2 bucket and served through an account-protected route; a local file-storage fallback may be used in development. The selected AI provider receives the image and instruction to perform the edit. Supported providers in this application include Nbility and Replicate; the actual provider depends on the model you select. Result images may still be served from the AI provider's domain. Do not upload an image unless you have the necessary rights and consent.

We use account, task, and transaction data to provide the editor, show results and credit history, process payments, support users, and prevent abuse. Payment, email, storage, and AI providers receive only the data needed for their services. They may process data outside your country.

Retention and security

Task and transaction records are kept to operate accounts, billing, and support. Uploaded photos and provider-hosted results may have different retention periods. We do not promise automatic deletion at a fixed time. We use access controls and encrypted connections where supported, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

Your choices and contact

You can browse without starting an edit. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact yancfeng2009@gmail.com. Billing, fraud-prevention, or legal requirements may require us to retain some records. We may update this policy and its date when the service changes.

What happens before and after an edit

Selecting a photo lets your browser display a local preview so you can decide whether it is the right file. The preview itself does not mean a model has received the image. If you submit a task when editing is available, the image and your instruction are sent to the service, then to the configured storage and selected AI provider as needed. A task record may include the input reference, status, model choice, credit events, and an output reference. This lets your account show progress and past work, but it also means closing the browser does not necessarily remove a submitted task.

Generated results may be stored or delivered by a provider separately from the original upload. A link that expires, a deleted account record, and deletion of a provider-hosted file are different events. We cannot state a single automatic deletion period for every provider and storage setup. If you need a particular file removed, contact us with enough account and task information to locate it; avoid sending sensitive images again in an unprotected email.

Providers, cookies, and account access

Sign-in, storage, payment, email, analytics, and AI processing can involve separate providers. Which providers are active depends on the current configuration. Payment details such as card numbers are entered with the payment provider, while this service needs order identifiers, amounts, status, and credit records to manage an account. Service cookies may keep you signed in or remember a language choice. Optional analytics can collect usage information only if it has been configured. Browser settings may let you clear cookies, but doing so can sign you out.

Your account page can show credits, orders, and task history when those features are available. Protect your sign-in method and use a device you trust for private photos. Anyone with access to your account or a shareable result link may be able to view information that you intended to keep private. Think carefully before uploading images of children, identity documents, medical information, or other sensitive subjects.

Requests and policy changes

When you ask about your data, describe the account and the kind of record involved, such as an upload, task, order, or subscription. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting on a request. Some records may need to remain for payment reconciliation, abuse prevention, or other applicable obligations, even if a visible result is removed. We will explain the practical scope of a request where possible. The service may change its providers or retention practices; the date at the top of this page identifies the version currently posted. For questions about a specific provider or file, use the contact address above.
